From the exceptional reception staff to the beautiful rooms, the hotel offers a top-notch experience. However, it was disrupted by inconsiderate noise late at night. The historical charm of the building adds to its appeal.

I absolutely loved the hotel's central location, surrounded by museums and top shopping spots. The rooms had a unique charm, but I was disappointed that mine wasn't ready upon arrival. However, the warm ambiance made up for it. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff, although there was a small hiccup with my booking that wasn't resolved in my favor. Dining was a bit pricey but good overall. The facilities were great, even though the air conditioning struggled in my room.
